Overview

Job Title: Technical Analyst

Location: Saint John, NB

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Wage: $23.00-$28.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our client\'s team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be aiding in installing OS, Apps, and updates to company devices.

Responsibilities

• Installing Operating Systems using Autopilot onto company devices
• Documentation of tasks and apps installed
• Troubleshoot issues and follow instructions
• Assign devices to users via Intune

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is an asset
• 1+ years of experience in a technical analyst, desk side support, or similar role
• Experience with Intune is an asset
