Job summary

A community-focused organization is seeking a full-time Team Lead for their Community Group Care Transition Home program in Edmonton. This role involves creating and enhancing the program, leading shifts, and providing direct support to youth. Qualifications

  • Experience working with youth in a group home setting is an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean record required.
  • Training in First Aid, Suicide Intervention, and Crisis Intervention needed.
  • Ability to provide current auto insurance with $2 million liability.

Responsibilities

  • Create and enhance Chimo’s Group Care program.
  • Schedule and lead shifts including direct work with youth.
  • Develop team and promote staff development.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
