Plains Midstream Canada (PMC) is an industry‑leading transportation and midstream provider specializing in transportation, storage, processing and marketing solutions for crude oil and natural gas liquids (NGLs). PMC also operates strategically‑located facilities for crude oil and NGL storage, separates NGL from natural gas and fractionates NGL into pure liquid petroleum gas (LPG) products, including propane and butane.

At Plains, it all starts with strong leadership, and we are looking for a highly motivated Team Lead to fill a vacancy in our Sarnia plant, one of Canada’s largest fractionation facilities. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Operations, and lead a team of operators working a regular 12‑hour 24/7 shift rotation. In addition, you will be part of an integral group of leaders at the facility and a champion of our Process Safety Management program. This role is critical to ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant day‑to‑day operations.
Permanent residency within 120 km of the Sarnia facility is a condition of employment, and you must be able to work a regular 12‑hour shift rotation.
