What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Own the vision, goals, and principles for Onboarding and Manager/Leader Development programs
  • Lead programs from inception to scale, optimizing existing initiatives while building new foundations
  • Define user needs and journey maps for key personas, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous iteration
  • Serve as the central Project Manager, translating strategy into actionable plans and executing change management initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven ability to build end-to‑to‑end programs from inception to launch and scale
  • Experience balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on root‑cause analysis
  • Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Proven success in aligning diverse stakeholders through clear communication and trust
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment
  • Prior experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Operations
  • Familiarity with modern HR or L&D technology platforms
  • Experience in leading live or virtual facilitation for learning and development programs
