A leading global consultancy in Montreal is looking for a Talent Consultant to act as the primary contact for employees, helping to align talent initiatives with business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Business Partner role and be bilingual in French and English. The Talent Consultant acts as the first point of contact for employees and leaders in select practices within the EY Assurance service line. The incumbent will possess deep understanding of the business needs and strategy of the practice area; understand how to translate these needs into relevant talent initiatives and work to ensure successful implementation of key, high-touch people processes and initiatives, aligned with the business strategies.
