The Technical Talent Attraction team is dedicated to finding the right people to join us in our mission to help small businesses succeed. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Attraction, you’ll specialize in identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent across Product Engineering, Product Design, Product Management, and other technical teams.
In this role, you’ll act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, gaining deep insight into their teams, aligning on hiring needs, and driving recruitment strategies that deliver exceptional outcomes. You’ll apply your experience with performance-based and competency-driven interviews to ensure we hire candidates who not only have the right skills, but who also align with our values and vision. Throughout, you’ll be committed to delivering a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience that brings Jobber’s story to life and builds lasting connections with every potential Jobberino.
