The Systems Analyst is a collaborative and key member of the team. This role will support and maintain lifecycle on services and solutions to satisfy business and operational requirements using internal and industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • Education Required: A university degree, college diploma or a related discipline
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT Environments (Systems)
  • Knowledge/Experience in: Active Directory (AD), AD Federated Services (ADFS), Server OS (Windows/Linux), Virtualization, Storage, Enterprise Backup Services
  • Effective customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail while being able to pivot to changing priorities
  • Work well in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities
  • Deliver on KTLO, Security Access Requests (SARs), Incident and Service Requests
  • Manage and execute risks and vulnerabilities while looking for opportunities for improvement
  • Support processes for all tiered support levels with continued efforts on process improvement
  • Engage in the certification and introduction of new products and solutions for our services and customers (executing testing and acceptance)
  • Conduct research based on requirements and provide recommendations on products, services, protocols, and standards
  • Monitor and analyze capacity and performance on the infrastructure and recommend enhancements to meet new or changing infrastructure demands
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to serve and support our customers
  • Work alongside a diverse team supporting the technology landscape established to manufacture the River-Class Destroyers
