Synpulse8 is seeking a self-motivated SysAdmin + Software Developer to join our Indonesia-based team. Synpulse is a fast-growing financial services company with global offices and a focus on delivering end-to-end services from strategic planning to managed services. Responsibilities :

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing applications (Netsuite, Salesforce, Atlassian), ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code using languages such as JavaScript and Java.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues across systems.
• Develop and maintain system integration solutions using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and testing with team members.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software systems and integration workflows.
• Maintain database using SQL queries.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
• Primary contact for applications supports and customization requests.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with Java language. Knowledge in Python is a plus.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON and version control systems such as GitHub.
• Good understanding on SQL Database and queries.
• Experience with system integration and working across multiple platforms.
• Experience with applications like Oracle Netsuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and Suite Reports) and Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
