A leading surveying firm in Canada is seeking a Survey Assistant Student to assist in field survey projects. This temporary full-time position starts in January or May 2024. Candidates should be passionate about outdoor work and enrolled in a relevant degree/diploma program. Responsibilities include assisting with survey tasks, preparing files, and maintaining equipment. No experience is necessary! As our Survey Assistant Student, you are passionate about spending time outside in the field. We are looking for a student who is excited about the opportunity to learn alongside experienced mentors. Ideally, you are highly collaborative, with strong communication skills and an infectious positivity that positively affects team members around you.
This is a temporary, full time student position starting in either January or May 2024. Please let us know in your questionnaire which GeoVerra region(s) (BC, AB, SK, MB, and/or ON) you are open to working from!
We’ll be real with you—our ideal scenario is when we have students that come back term after term, eventually landing a full-time role after they graduate!
