A global staffing provider in Calgary is seeking a Supply Chain Master Data Analyst for an operational role focused on master data management. The role involves managing data requests, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with internal teams to support business operations. Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of Supply Chain experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Winshuttle. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. This is an operational role focused on day‑to‑day master data management and will not be involved in project work.
The Supply Chain Master Data Analyst is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain master data throughout its lifecycle. This role partners with internal teams across multiple functional areas, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure high‑quality, consistent, and accurate master data that supports business operations.
This position reports to the Manager, Master Data Management & Process Optimization. It functions as an individual contributor, working closely with Master Data Management (MDM) team members to support team goals, participate in meetings, share knowledge, and strengthen master data processes.
