Job description

CDN is a recognized industry leader in the energy services sector. CDN is a full-service provider with expertise in E&I maintenance, renewables/solar, major projects, combustion & emissions reduction, and measurement.

We are looking to hire a Supply Chain Management Administrator based out of our Grande Prairie branch. The Supply Chain Management Administrator provides support to the Supply Chain Management team through general administrative duties, facilitating documentation, purchasing assistance and equipment tracking. This position involves office-based duties within a warehouse facility.

Responsibilities
  • Work in various operating systems to assist the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team.
  • Generate, process, and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders and freight waybills.
  • Run and create reports as required by the department.
  • Work with vendors and SCM to obtain applicable documentation as required.
  • Ensure equipment tracking is audited and accurate.
  • Create and support SCM in the completion of weekly audits.
  • Contact vendor on documentation that has discrepancies and resolve issues.
  • Create and process invoice and vendor returns.
  • Process vendor credits.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma, post‑secondary certificate, or college diploma with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be an effective listener with effective communication skills.
  • Must be organized and have the ability to manage a variety of time‑sensitive tasks at one time.
  • Must have strong experience within Excel, Word, Outlook, and be confident working with Procurement and inventory systems.
