A leading healthcare provider in Winnipeg, Manitoba seeks a Technical Supervisor for the Perinatal Chemistry section. This role involves overseeing daily lab operations, providing technical expertise, and ensuring quality assurance processes. Candidates should have significant experience in Perinatal Chemistry and must hold relevant certifications and licenses. The position is full-time and requires effective communication and strong leadership skills.
Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
Reporting to the Chief Technologist the Technical Supervisor oversees daily operations in the Perinatal Chemistry section including specimen receiving and program specific screening using manual and automated lab developed and kit-based testing platforms. The employee provides technical expertise and rotates on benches as required.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
