Overview

Responsibilities
  • Laser-focus on client success, with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude
  • Deliver stellar movement screening + assessments with industry-leading technology
  • Deliver a seamless client experience for all introductory + long-term training packages
  • Effectively manage your roster of clients; including scheduling, invoicing
  • Design short and long-term programming for clients
  • Deliver training sessions with clients both online and in-person
  • Promote training services and work with the sales team to grow a stellar client
  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients
  • Live the One Common Collective ideology, being a bridge between staff and members
Requirements
