Job summary

A non-profit healthcare organization is seeking a Training Development Specialist to join its Process Management team. This position focuses on developing comprehensive training strategies within Supply Chain and ensuring alignment with process and learner needs. The successful candidate will design and improve training materials while collaborating with subject matter experts. Candidates should have post-secondary education, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and strong interpersonal skills. This role includes a hybrid work environment with a requirement for in-person presence for at least 40% of time.

Qualifications
