Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in Owen Sound seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR counsel and support to management in a unionized environment. Responsibilities include offering strategic advice, managing employee relations, and enhancing the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background with at least three years of experience and a relevant degree, along with strong analytical and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years HR Generalist and/or employee/labour relations experience.
• Foundational knowledge of HR/LR best practices and principles.
• Knowledge of labour/management principles and provincial employment law.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary HR contact for assigned functional client groups.
• Provides HR advice and best practices to support operational objectives.
• Engages with subject matter experts for holistic issue resolution.

Education
