Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience in managing organic social media.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with engaging presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite client visits and valid travel documents.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts for major brands and Fortune 1000 companies, acting as the primary client contact.
  • Grow and enhance the long-term value of assigned accounts through strategic engagement.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, status meetings, and presentations to keep clients informed.
  • Advise clients on social media strategy in collaboration with internal Strategy and Insights teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including opportunities and project updates.
