Compensation

Compensation: $18.00 / hr + generous commission structure ($300 - $900 / mo)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Representing our company in a professional manner
• Selling fitness and training equipment
• Processing sales
• Working individually and in a team to meet sales goals
• Addressing customer inquiries via phone and email
• Fulfill orders
• Maintaining the showroom clean
• Balancing payments received at the end of each business day
• Stocking showroom and warehouse

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous sales experience
• Previous CSR experience
• Fitness related experience (does not have to be professional experience)
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a friendly, people-person with exceptional customer service skills
• Strong passion for fitness
• Highly proficient in using computer
• Ability to lift boxes over 70lbs
