Sr UX Designer - Org Experience
About the Role
As a Senior UX Designer on the Org Experience team, you will play a crucial role in helping our journey management team shape user-centred solutions across multiple services, and our reporting product experience team discover, define and deliver innovative digital experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design activities for digital products and services, from discovery to delivery across multiple projects, ensuring consistency and alignment with program goals.
- Collaborate with service designers and strategists to develop comprehensive service blueprints and customer journey maps to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Develop and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals and user needs
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement to co-design solutions, gather insights, and align on key experience priorities.
- Lead aspects of discovery for complex problems: conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create and manage the development of prototypes, wireframes, service blueprints and other UX deliverables to communicate concepts and validate solutions.
- Collaborate closely with research, design, product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate insights into actionable solutions and help develop roadmap themes.
- Own the quality of the experience: Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all products, with the support of design leads.
- Contribute to design governance and process frameworks to ensure quality and scalability across projects.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design standards and best practices
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Design
- UX Design: Advanced proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Service Design: knowledge of customer journey mapping and service blueprinting methodologies
- Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business objectives and research findings into actionable insights for design, service and product strategy.
- Leadership: Ability to shape and lead UX design activities independently
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong facilitation skills, comfortable presenting to various levels of stakeholders
- Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in Figma, Fijam & facilitation tools
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
