About the role: Sr. Technical Program Manager

As a Sr. TPM, you will manage cross-functional programs that span engineering, logistics, operations, and business development. You’ll lead the design and implementation of scalable systems that support on-demand deliveries, driver navigation, and mobile logistics tools used in real time across North America.

This position requires the ability to coordinate across distributed teams, lead system architecture redesigns, and make tough decisions to balance speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders from legal, finance, support, and customer experience to ensure every product feature aligns with Amazon’s customer-obsessed standards.
