A leading plumbing solutions company is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Sales Manager to achieve sales and profit objectives within Wholesale Distributor accounts. The role involves building strong relationships with key customers, developing strategic account plans, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in sales, category management, and account management, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Work Mode: Remote
Location: Remote (up to 50% travel within Ontario, CAN and to the US)
The Senior Strategic Account Sales Manager – Wholesale role will be accountable for achieving sales and profit objectives in all plumbing categories within the specified Wholesale Distributor account(s). With full P&L responsibility this role is accountable for developing and maintaining strong and influential relationships with key customers and collaborating internally with key stakeholders to deliver best‑in‑class insights and solutions that help develop and execute mutually beneficial joint business plans and deliver sustainable growth. This individual will also lead and drive engagement with internal partners in Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, E‑Commerce, etc.
