Qualifications

  • Proficient in native HANA development with strong AMDP coding skills.

Overview

Sr. SAP Software Engineer role at Procter & Gamble. Collaboration with software engineers and cross-functional teams is required to ensure alignment with business objectives and user needs. The role also involves staying current with SAP technologies and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA Embedded BW and Integrated Planning solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
  • Technical Development: Develop and maintain native HANA artifacts, including AMDP coding, to enhance data processing and reporting capabilities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Analysis for Office to create efficient reporting solutions; generate and present financial reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and trends.
  • Workflow Management: Design, implement, and optimize SAP Business Workflow processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • User Experience: Utilize SAP Fiori and Lumira to enhance data visualization and user experience.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Apply P&L concepts to analyze data and support financial decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration: Guide cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and communicate project goals and timelines effectively.
  • Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement: Identify, analyze, and resolve SAP-related challenges; propose process and system improvements; stay current with SAP technology trends.
  • Communication: Prepare documentation and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences; maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
