A leading global technology company in Canada is seeking a Human Resources Leader to drive strategic HR initiatives and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in manufacturing, and need to be bilingual in French Canadian and English. This role offers a dynamic work environment, with responsibilities that include talent development and employee engagement initiatives.
Lead Human Resources initiatives across a defined country or region. Serve as a strategic business partner and adviser to senior leaders. Drive talent strategies that align with organizational goals and build sustainable pipelines for leadership succession.
This role is primarily performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. As part of the essential functions of this role, the individual will need to access a factory and be exposed to temperature changes. This may will result in being exposed to noise, vibration, chemicals/fumes and navigate around factory machines.
