Who we are looking for:

We’re looking for a strategic and results‑driven marketer to lead our Growth Marketing team focused on Rogers Residential Home services. This role is pivotal in driving national P&L ownership and executing 4P strategies across inbound channels including Retail, Digital, and Telesales. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and business units such as Wireless and Rogers Bank to deliver on ARPA, revenue, and net targets.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and execute regional mass marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution across inbound channels with a focus on churn reduction and retention.
  • Analyse performance data to generate insights and optimise marketing plans.
  • Build and nurture cross‑functional relationships to align on business objectives.
  • Own and monitor KPIs, providing recommendations based on trends and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Go‑to‑Market, Product, Channel Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
What You Bring
  • 8+ years in marketing or sales within large organisations.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in residential services and/or telecommunications is an asset.
  • University degree in Business; MBA preferred.
  • Passion for customer‑centric marketing and driving measurable business outcomes.
