Remotely; however, the resource may be required to attend meetings or work sessions in office on reasonable notice from the Province.

Contract 6 months

The Remote Access Technical Architect provides support to the Service Manager and Service Owner to assist with day to day operational duties ensuring the services are operating at peak efficiency, and that the Service architecture is configured to minimize costs, and optimize the user and management experience. The Architect must understand the technical capabilities of the Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD) environment and be able to work in a collaborative manner with both the Service Provider and other technical teams in the GoA.

Must-Have

• Experience developing on cloud platforms and utilizing cloud services in development -3 years
• Experience in defining technical architecture, building technical environments -5 years
• Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across -5 years
• Experience in multiple architecture domains e.g. business, application, technology -3 years
• Experience with process improvement, documentation and requirement gathering -5 years
• Experience with triaging technical issues/problems and troubleshooting -3 years
• Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in -5 years

Nice-to-Have

• Experience collecting requirements, analyzing, designing or implementing M365 products - 1 years
• Experience collecting requirements, analyzing, designing or implementing Microsoft -1 years
• Experience in designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting -5 years
• Experience in designing architecture to support remote work and/or field-based workers -5 years
