As an Azure Databricks Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions using Databricks SQL, Databricks Workflows, and PySpark. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative projects in a hybrid work environment. Leveraging your 8 to 12 years of experience, you will ensure high-quality, scalable solutions. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This role offers day shifts with no travel required.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and maintain scalable data processing solutions using Databricks SQL and PySpark to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient workflows using Databricks Workflows ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability ensuring data accuracy and availability for stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality and integrity enhancing the overall value of the company’s data assets.
• Collaborate with domain experts in Cards and Payments to develop solutions that meet industry-specific needs and challenges.
• Support the deployment of data solutions in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site collaboration effectively.
