The Agency Development Managers (ADM) own the Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level. Twitch ADMs are tasked with accelerating Twitch revenue and increasing penetration of the total advertiser universe of Twitch in each agency. Candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced in operating at all levels of matrixed organizations, strategic thinkers with the ability to earn the trust of partners across Amazon and our agency clients. Candidates must make data‑driven decisions, set and achieve goals, and have the ability to “think big” while prioritizing and delivering bar‑raising experiences to Amazon Advertising’s media agency customers. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers. ADMs play a critical role in arming agencies with the knowledge and tools to develop and sell through Amazon‑focus ideas to their clients. You will be accountable for advertiser growth via strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with agencies.

The base salary range for this position is Canadian: 132,200.00 – 198,200.00 CAD annually.
