Job Description / Duties

Crossroads Insurance is growing and we’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Personal Lines team member to join us. We are open to considering different experience levels, and the successful candidate may be placed in either a Multifaceted Personal lines role or a Personal Lines Renewal role depending on fit, skill and interest. If you are passionate about delivering excellent client service and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, we’d love to meet you.

• Managing or supporting a Personal Lines renewal book (medium or large) and contacting clients at renewal to review coverage needs.
• Providing Personal Lines support including mid-term changes, endorsements, back-line servicing, renewals and/or new business quoting.
• Proactively reviewing client exposure and recommending appropriate coverage or solutions.
• Assisting where needed in serving incoming clients both in-person and by phone, including MPI services and travel insurance transactions.
• Cross-selling and up-selling when appropriate to support clients’ full insurance needs.
• Collecting and inputting claims information and ensuring proper follow-up.
• Communicating proactively with your Branch Manager and team to support workflow and client experience.
• Maintaining regulatory licensing requirements, continuing education and professional development.
• Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications / Required Skills

• Level 1 General Insurance License (MPI-IWS Certified preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in Personal Lines servicing (experience with MPI a strong asset).
• Experience with EPIC software and insurance portals is a bonus!
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills you genuinely enjoy helping people.
• A self-starter mindset who’s organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
• A collaborative spirit and commitment to a respectful, fun team atmosphere.
• You thrive in a fast-paced setting, staying composed under pressure and able to manage a high volume of tasks without sacrificing quality or customer service.
