A leading agriculture company in Canada seeks an experienced Maintenance and Reliability Specialist who will oversee the implementation of best practices in maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, have a strong command of Oracle and data analysis, and be capable of leading change initiatives. This position will collaborate with various teams to enhance productivity and reliability across multiple manufacturing sites, emphasizing continuous improvement and staff training.

The position reports to the Director of Maintenance and Reliability – N&P as a member of the N&P ETC Maintenance and Reliability Group. It is responsible for providing subject matter expertise focused on monitoring and continuously improving the Maintenance and Reliability programs through in direct leadership across N&P. The role provides training, subject matter expertise and technical support for Nutrien’s Reliability and Maintenance programs, systems, tools, and processes. The role offers process improvement leadership, training, and coaching for Nutrien’s manufacturing sites across North America, aligning with Nutrien’s Vision and Asset Care Program. The successful candidate will collaborate effectively with ETC M&R teams and site resources, work independently or in teams, share knowledge, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint, communicate well, and apply Maintenance & Reliability best practices.
This role can be located at any of Nutrien's Nitrogen or Corporate locations in Canada.
