What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide enterprise-wide functional support for asset management systems, processes, and reporting tools, including root cause analysis and governance of design decisions
- Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate multi-functional collaboration to support asset management systems and processes
- Lead or support sustainment activities, including incident and problem management and system enhancement testing
- Assist with complex changes, including projects, enhancements, and merger and acquisition activities
- Communicate and elevate issues in a timely manner to relevant leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in Asset Management, Data Governance, or System support
- University degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business
- Solid understanding of asset management principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 55000)
- Proficiency in enterprise systems such as Maximo, Copperleaf, and reporting tools like Power BI
- Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and troubleshoot data and system issues
