Join our dedicated national strategic communications team as an External Communications Specialist! Reporting to the Manager External Communications this 6-month contract role supports external communications initiatives to advance Circular Materials corporate strategy. This role will be focused on delivering concise and compelling communications including key messages media statements and releases presentation decks web articles corporate social media content and content for Circular Materials podcast. As the External Communications Specialist you will help support Circular Materials corporate brand ensuring that the organization's story reaches diverse audiences and key stakeholders.
This is a contract position requiring an Incorporated number and requires residency in Canada.

Circular Materials is a national not-for-profit producer responsibility organization (PRO) that supports producers in meeting their extended producer responsibility (EPR) obligations across Canada. Created by producers for producers, Circular Materials develops, implements and supports effective and efficient recycling programs to advance innovation, deliver improved environmental outcomes and drive value across the recycling supply chain. Our full-service offerings include collection management, promotion and education, and reporting.
