The ideal candidate will have significant experience in customer care and project management, advocating for optimal customer experiences. This role will provide business leadership and project management support on technology-related projects within Customer Care Operations, including making decisions, and performing project tasks such as writing business requirements, preparing business cases, generating project plans and approving project scope. The Specialist, Project Support will advocate for an optimized customer experience and ensure it is embedded into the delivery. Collaborate closely with project leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery, emphasizing business value, accurate business testing execution, OCM or relevant experience planning, implementation, and support.
Preferred: Experience with SAP S4 HANA & Project management certification
