Summary

As a Business Process representing Bell Business Markets (BBM), you will be a core team member supporting a critical Security Program in collaboration with BBM and Corporate Security. You will analyze the existing environment and business needs to develop both interim (Temporary Mode of Operation) and long-term (Future Mode of Operation) processes. These processes will encompass workflows, step-by-step actions, and associated templates. Furthermore, you will contribute to defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on process health, ensuring optimal performance.

This role requires exceptional analytical, collaborative, and communication skills to translate business requirements using industry-standard Business Process practices. You will work with diverse stakeholders across the business and should be prepared to showcase examples of processes you\'ve developed to meet defined business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the existing environment and business requirements.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all lines of business relevant to the business requirements.
  • Clearly define temporary and future processes to support business requirements, including RACI matrices, workflows, step actions, and templates.
  • Collaborate regularly with the BBM/CorpSec CSP core team for feedback and alignment on processes.
  • Collaborate regularly with cross-functional lines of business to gather input and ensure alignment on processes.
  • Contribute to the definition of KPIs to measure and report on the health of developed processes.
  • Create a work-back plan outlining deliverables and timelines for defining and aligning on processes.
  • Identify potential risks, propose mitigations, and escalate roadblocks to the BBM CSP Program Manager.
  • Provide regular status updates to the BBM CSP Program Manager.
  • Participate in management calls as needed to review processes.
  • Complete weekly time reporting on BA activities.
  • Produce final documents in both English and French.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Process professional.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence others.
  • Professional work ethic, strong interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Visio with a strong ability to create process diagrams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with strengths in:
    • Organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification or recognized training in Business Process (e.g., CBAP).
  • Previous experience in the Security domain.
  • Experience in developing requirements for business processes and systems integration projects.
  • Fluency in English is essential; bilingualism (French & English) is highly preferred.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
