Qualifications

• 2 years to less than 3 years of related experience in the hairstyling field.

Responsibilities

• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Supervise support staff.
• Order supplies and maintain inventory.
• Oversee the operation of the salon.
• Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks.
• Develop policies, standards and guidelines.
• Participate in promotional activities.
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair.
• Assist manager in the implementation of safety programs.
