Overview

Manoir Hovey, a 5 star Relais & Châteaux Inn on the shores of Lake Massawippi, is looking for a Spa Maintenance Attendant. Under the direction of the Spa Operations Supervisor, the Spa Maintenance Attendant's main duties will be to:

  • Perform water tests for various parameters (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) at set times
  • Perform corrective measures to achieve desired water quality parameters using appropriate chemicals and following established recipes
  • Clean operational equipment in the mechanical water park (filters, chlorine / CO2 injectors, sieves, etc.) according to defined preventive maintenance schedule and following established protocols
  • Clean water basins and pools
  • Ensure site is kept spotless
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including supplying the Spa\'s changing rooms
  • Respect water quality standards for the pools
  • Verify the Spa\'s equipment and follow up on any anomalies
  • Carry out opening and closing procedures for the site and facilities
  • Support your team as needed to ensure smooth operations
  • Carry out regular tours of the site to ensure compliance with regulations and site safety, while providing exemplary customer service
