• Outstanding customer service skills required.
• Must maintain excellent personal appearance.
• Requires clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
• Punctual and reliable work ethic expected.

The Spa Associate is the first face and voice of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa for our clients. Spa Associates are responsible for warmly greeting clients in person and via telephone, booking appointments, file maintenance and selling memberships, service upgrades and products.
