Myers-Holum Delivery Organization offers a layered and specialized approach with subject matter experts within their perspective areas. Our Solution Architects play an instrumental role in the pre-sales process, setting the tone and expectations for the entire engagement. Clients partnering with Myers-Holum will work with dedicated Solution Architects who possess industry knowledge and hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and reconstructions. This role requires active listening, empathy, explanation, influence, negotiation, understanding client needs, and providing tailored technology advice.

The Role You Will Play

  1. Provide leadership in scoping, gauging, and delivering large-scale NetSuite projects.
  2. Forecast project management and delivery scope to ensure a successful client experience.
  3. Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, solution approaches, and requirements, and present them to clients.
  4. Participate in business development activities such as pre-sales meetings, demos, and calls with potential clients, collaborating with account executives and delivery teams.
  5. Support project planning to manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  6. Lead the creation of business proposals, respond to RFPs, and develop SOWs based on project scope.
  7. Collaborate internally and with clients to leverage best practices, products, and capabilities for optimal solutions.
  8. This role may involve up to 75% travel, with occasional flexibility for working hours, including nights and weekends, to meet project deadlines or address unforeseen circumstances.

Profile for Success

  1. 4-5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience.
  2. Experience in designing and configuring NetSuite solutions.
  3. Full lifecycle implementation experience with strong presentation skills.
  4. Project management experience, including project planning and outlining scope.
  5. Deep understanding of NetSuite and the pre-sales process.
  6. This role may include up to 50% travel, with occasional flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.
