Paradigm has an opportunity for a Solution Architect to support creating a secure and compliant framework for data sharing across our client’s organizations. This effort includes modernizing data systems to support collaboration, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote governance.

What we’d like:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of consulting or related technical experience.
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure
• Proven ability to design secure data-sharing frameworks in collaborative environments.
• Hands‑on experience with data modeling, validation, and transformation techniques.
• In‑depth understanding of compliance standards
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (e.g., Python or Scala).
• Experience with performance monitoring, resource optimization, and scalable architecture design.
• Familiarity with metadata management tools and data lineage tracking.
