A renewable energy services company in Whitehorse is seeking a Solar Technician to join their installation team. This permanent, full-time position involves installing solar photovoltaic systems, working at heights, and assisting electricians. Solvest is seeking a Solar Technician to join our dynamic team. In this position, Solar Technicians will work as members of our solar and heat pump installation team, typically in a shift rotation developing utility scale and ground-mounted solar and energy storage projects in the North and/or community-scale air-source heat pump projects in the territory. Work includes working at heights and assisting electricians when required. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy and make a positive impact on the environment.

Permanent Full Time
$25.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience) + annual profit-sharing bonus based on company performance
