Their B2B SaaS platform enables commercial real estate owners and operators to quantify climate risk in financial terms, prioritize mitigation strategies, and future‑proof their assets. With strong early traction and an expanding client base, Our Client is looking for a Software Team Lead to guide their development team and support global growth. The team operates primarily in the Eastern Time Zone, with a headquarters in Guelph, Ontario. Remote candidates across Canada are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
• Drive the development and delivery of key product features as the platform scales
