A leading tech company in Vancouver is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join their Amazonian Leadership Experiences team. The successful candidate will lead the development of core product features and optimize applications for performance. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of software development experience and a strong knowledge of Java. The role emphasizes collaboration and offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovative solutions.
As part of the Amazon-wide Amazonian Leadership Experiences team, the Senior Leader Experience Execution Engine team's mission is to enable Amazon leaders to implement and operationalize leadership-defined workforce plans, translating strategies into actions. We develop philosophies, mechanisms and products that help leaders execute and guardrail their workforce plan. A successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and launch of a variety of core product features, designing the system architecture, and promoting code quality and best practices. You are passionate about the customer experience, take pride in building high quality software, and have a demonstrable track record of delivering new features and products. You value collaboration, making data-driven decisions, and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The base salary for this position ranges from $114,800/year up to $191,800/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
