A consulting firm is seeking a Social Media Marketing pro to manage and execute their social strategy. You will create original content across platforms, measure performance, and engage audiences. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years experience in creating social content and a strong portfolio. This position offers a hybrid schedule with remote-friendly options.

$30-$70/hr commensurate with experience

Based in Orlando, FL, QIC is a woman-owned small business with expertise in cognitive science, research psychology, and human factors. The company focuses on improving human performance through user needs analysis, training system design, and performance assessment. QIC provides innovative strategies to optimize training delivery and evaluate its effectiveness to meet diverse client needs.
We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing pro who can plan, create, and distribute original content across social platforms—and measure what moves the needle. You’ll own the strategy and the execution: editorial calendars, creative production (text, image, short-form video), channel management, and reporting.
Preference given to those willing to work a hybrid schedule in the Orlando area. Remote-friendly within the U.S., with occasional in-person collaboration for content capture and events. Standard U.S. work hours with flexibility when publishing or attending live events.
