As our member company continues to grow, they are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to play a key role in the installation of exterior materials on residential and commercial projects. The Skilled Installer is responsible for executing high-quality siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and roofing installations while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized job site. This position also supports mentorship and training of junior team members, helping to uphold Kevcon's high standards of workmanship and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Install exterior cladding systems including siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, and related components.
• Read and interpret work orders, and measurements to ensure precision in every installation.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and job site equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in preparing job sites, unloading materials, and ensuring work areas are clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with the site lead and other installers to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and pride in workmanship at every stage of the project.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure job progress and problem resolution.
• Adhere to Kevcon's safety protocols and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Contribute to a positive and respectful work culture built on communication, teamwork, and accountability.
