A local infrastructure construction company in Whitehorse, Yukon, is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee surface and baseworks projects. This role demands 5-10 years of civil construction site supervision experience and proficiency in English. The appointed candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to contract specifications and safety standards. Location: Whitehorse, Yukon
Castle Rock Enterprises has been a market leader in underground utilities (sewer, water, electrical), site preparation, quarry services, land remediation and trucking for over 25 years. Founded in 1995, the company was purchased by Dakwakada Capital Investments (DCI) in 2010, which maintains its family-business culture. DCI is a privately owned investment firm in Whitehorse, Yukon that holds and manages most investment and business assets of the Champagne and Aishihik First Nations (CAFN).

We are recruiting for the 2025 season (May through October). Camp, hotel or Airbnb accommodations will be provided unless you prefer to secure your own private accommodation for the season. LOA based on accommodations. Opportunity to work and live in Whitehorse, Yukon.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager and General Superintendent, the Surface and Baseworks Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operations at their project site(s). The Site Superintendent manages resource allocation, equipment and subcontractors, and monitors work to ensure compliance with contract specifications and Castle Rock standards. The main objective is to deliver work safely, on time, within budget and to the expected level of quality.
