Overview

At The Turn Indoor Golf and Lounge, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing various operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. This position combines traditional server responsibilities with operational support for our indoor golf simulators and front desk / reception duties.

You will also be responsible for preparing and serving food, including beverage preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing various operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Provide operational support for indoor golf simulators and front desk / reception duties.
  • Prepare and serve food, including beverage preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
Qualifications
  • Alberta ProServe Certification
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in hospitality (training provided for suitable candidates without experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation, safety guidelines, and beverage mixing.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
