Qualifications

• Previous experience operating an automatic and manual shot peening machine.
• Ability to use measuring equipment including calipers, height gauges and micrometers.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and manual shot peen equipment during operations.
• Comprehend component routing documents and engineering drawings.
• Prepare components for shot peening following company procedures.
• Perform pre-process intensity verification using Almen strips.
• Complete preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Work closely with other departments for timely processing.
