Qualifications

  • Two years recent experience in a complex healthcare environment.
  • Experience working with marginalized clients with HIV and substance use issues.
  • Valid B.C. driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced psychosocial assessment and counselling.
  • Offer crisis intervention and problem solving for high-risk clients.
  • Manage intensive HIV case management services.
  • Collaborate with community agencies to support client care.
  • Perform documentation and maintain client records.
