What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business and compliance requirements
• Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and secure integration patterns with third-party systems

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in project-based delivery for mid to large organizations
• Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
• Strong configuration and development skills, with experience in domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
• Proven integration experience (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Server) with enterprise systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certifications: CTA (Certified Technical Architect) and CMA (Certified Master Architect)
• Experience delivering solutions in the public sector with security/compliance considerations
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and reporting/Performance Analytics
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment frameworks for ServiceNow
• Understanding of ITIL, COBIT, NIST, or related frameworks
