What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Implement and configure ServiceNow modules to meet business and compliance requirements
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations and secure integration patterns with third-party systems
- Collaborate with Solution/Technical Architects on architecture and non-functional requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to project documentation
- Conduct knowledge transfer and end-user training while producing high-quality technical documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in project-based delivery for mid to large organizations
- Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
- Strong configuration and development skills, with experience in domains such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM
- Proven integration experience (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Server) with enterprise systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Certifications: CTA (Certified Technical Architect) and CMA (Certified Master Architect)
- Experience delivering solutions in the public sector with security/compliance considerations
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and reporting/Performance Analytics
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment frameworks for ServiceNow
- Understanding of ITIL, COBIT, NIST, or related frameworks
