Cascadia Windows & Doors is an innovative manufacturer, creating beautiful architectural fiberglass windows and doors, as well as the Cascadia Clip® cladding attachment system. Cascadia is looking for a Technical Customer Service Representative to support sales, project management and client service needs.

Job Description

Service Technician – Hybrid Role.

The Service Technician is responsible for servicing and adjusting Cascadia’s high-performance windows and doors throughout Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest. This is a hybrid position that requires flexibility to work both in the shop and alongside the service team.

Responsibilities
  • Adjust window and door hardware on-site.
  • Replace damaged or defective insulated glass units.
  • Repair and touch-up paint on window and door frames.
  • Document repair and service work.
  • Provide Cascadia’s technical team with feedback from installers and contractors.
  • Travel to project sites as required.
  • General labour, as required.
Qualifications
  • Construction experience and knowledge of installation practices for windows & doors.
  • 3 years of window and door installation/glazier experience.
  • Knowledge of European Tilt & Turn hardware is an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with clients, homeowners, and contractors.
  • Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Honest, reliable, professional, and a problem solver.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to take direction.
  • Self-motivated and pride in workmanship.
