Certifications (Optional)

• A+ Certification with the ability to work on PC computers
• Current and applicable Apple Certification (ACMT, ACiT), familiarity with Apple Service Metrics (PSP, CSAT, ACSE) and proven user experience in MacOS Operating Systems
• All applicants regardless of prior experience will be considered.

This is a regular part‑time position. Employees must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week, day and evening shifts.
