We’re looking for a hands‑on and detail‑oriented Service Operations Administrator to support our service and repair workflow in our Oakville branch. You’ll receive and document equipment, create and update work orders, and help keep our service process running smoothly from intake to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming safety equipment and inventory for service.
  • Work in warehouse/receiving areas, including lifting and moving equipment.
  • Create and update service and repair work orders.
  • Verify customer information and follow up when needed.
  • Communicate with customers about service requirements.
  • Coordinate with technicians to match equipment to work orders.
  • Support invoicing and maintain accurate service records.
  • Flag issues such as missing information or damaged equipment.
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Experience in service administration, repair coordination, receiving, or warehouse operations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ERP or work‑order software is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • High attention to detail and organization.
